Service Description

Laundry Service Information Before booking your laundry appointment, please review the following: Eligibility & Waiver All guests must have a current annual waiver on file The waiver only needs to be completed once per year Scheduling Rules Laundry appointments are 90 minutes long Guests may book only one appointment per day One load of laundry per visit Appointments are first-come, first-served Before Your Appointment Please arrive on time If you are feeling sick, do not attend your appointment Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes) may result in a shortened or reassigned appointment During Your Appointment A staff member will escort you to the laundry area Laundry detergent is provided Guests must remain respectful and follow all staff instructions You are responsible for your belongings at all times After Use Once your items are moved to the dryer, you must wipe out the washer Clean up your area before leaving Take all personal belongings with you Important Guidelines No loitering, smoking, or eating in the laundry area No large carts permitted Individuals under the influence will not be allowed to use services Columbus Relief reserves the right to refuse service.

Cancellation Policy

Before You Sign Up To use these services, all guests must complete a waiver once per year. This waiver confirms that: You understand participation is voluntary You agree to follow all program rules and guidelines You accept personal responsibility and basic safety terms Once your waiver is signed, you are eligible to use both services for the full year. Scheduling Guidelines To ensure fair access for everyone: Guests may register for services once per day Only one appointment per person per day is allowed Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis
